If you happen to be following what’s occurring within the real estate market right now, you know that many people believe the winter months in Iowa County aren’t a great time to sell a house.
As realtor.com Senior Economist George Ratiu lately stated,
“Sellers are typically more reluctant to list throughout the colder time of year when the market sometimes makes a seasonal slowdown.”
However, a recent report by ShowingTime reveals how this last 12 months is totally different. Purchaser activity is way up compared to the identical time last year. The report explains,
“The nation’s 12.6% growth in residence showings in comparison with 2018 was essentially the most important bounce in buyer visitors through the current four-month streak of year-over-year increases. The West Area saw the greatest progress in activity, with a 23.1% leap – the region’s greatest in the historical past of the Displaying Index.”
